Anatomically Correct by PlaceboFX Anatomically Correct by PlaceboFX
Designing some zombies for that student film coming up. This one, sadly, will probably have to be a little rushed next time. It took a little too long, considering I'll be doing a good 2 dozen makeup jobs that day.

Obviously I'll add a few things, too. I'll zombify the other side of their face a bit,
and have the flaps of skin actually go all the around the exposed muscle. xD What a concept.

DON'T YOU DARE QUESTION WHY THERE'S BLOOD AROUND THE GAPING WOUND, BUT NOT IN IT. :iconraegplz:

:D This is very well done!! And very detailed. Your eyes
being blue and peering out of the make-up is so striking and beautiful at the same time

You do great theatrical make-up. But its not very realistic.
And since this is for a student film, there won't be lighting like there is on
High budget films, so this type of make-up will work beautifully for a student film :]

I love the zombie make-up job you did here. The muscles look really good. It reminds me of the Hellraiser muscle suit. I might suggest expanding the damage down the neck, slightly. Another thing is that you can really tell that the model is quite beautiful. This comes through even with the make-up. Her eyes are arresting. They show strength and focus. You should have her wear a contact in the eye on the damage side. It would really bring out the "undead" look.

i guess some of them have a thin enough mesh that you can see a tiny bit, but it's straining on your eye. the other way to go would be a full-black sclera lens, which looks almost as good
