i love the everything about this (especially her expression XD) but the hand holding the teddybear seems unnatural like she should either be just holding it limply or really throttling it. Everything else id wonderful though :)

Well done, the anatomy of the abdomen seems a little bit off to me, though. The heart isn't exactly in the right place and the liver should be pressing the intestines down a little bit more. And the stomach isn't visible? :P Unless that was the deliberate effect you were going for, of course!

uhh..... Is she trying to smile, or smirk? Only joking! It's nice. Although I'm kinda confused about those flaps.. Is that the gown or the skin?? 'cause it's too thin to be skin and it doesn't seem like part of the gown.
