Facial Cut

The wound looks deep which also gives this picture it's great impact with contrast of the deep red against the pale skin of the model. I an not sure how I feel about the shape o the cut. I guess it doesn't matter too much but with it's design it branching out in the lower part of it makes me think it was more than one cut. It makes it less realistic when you think of it that way. Other than that *cause the previous mention didn't really mean a whole lot on the impact* You did an overall magnificent job. The texture is perfect and gives great impact. Points for originality is I feel the pose could be better worked on, granted I am sure you just wanted to showcase the cut not the model. but something other than just a close would be wonderful, like a divided picture a little in the distance and then the close up?
