I was watching Casualty the other day and someone had something a bit like this on their face, and I actually said out loud that it looked way fake and that yours is definitely way better! The first time I saw your art (I think it might've been Paper Cut) I thought that some depraved weirdo had actually been posting real photos of injuries, but you, milady...amazing
